<image:title>Meet Wtty - Six Things About Me</image:title>
<image:caption>1. My name is not short for anything. 2. I am married to Mark. We have three children and four grandchildren who are my “little loves.” 3. I enjoy movies, books, podcasts, food, & photography. 4. For those who know personality tools, my MBTI letters are ENFP and my enneagram number is 7. 5. I am a curious person...history, theology, philosophy, literature, current affairs, why do bees sting... you name it! I’m forever learning. 6. I try to live wholeheartedly in the way of Christ. I am a work in progress & it’s an everyday pilgrimage.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet Wtty - So who am I?</image:title>
<image:caption>There are many aspects to all of us and I am no different. There are experiences, knowledge, likes and dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, abilities, motivations, cultural and ethnic heritage, gender identity, personality type and so on. Getting to the heart of a person’s being is a complex endeavour and, I would say, a lifelong journey. I had a mini identity crisis when we moved to Canada. For the first time since being a full-time student, I had no paid employment. I found myself struggling to find an answer to the inevitable question “what do you do?” It forced me to think about questions of worth and significance. Fast forward and in 2025, I moved into what I call my semi-retirement plan. Once more I face a version of that question; “what are you going to do?” This “doing question” follows us throughout the transitions of our lives, from young to old. It’s a valid question, and at the same time, I am slowly coming to understand that I am more than my job or career aspirations, grades, or roles. Vocation is as much about ways of being as it is about what I do or achieve. It’s a harder truth to live into than you would think!</image:caption>

<image:title>Spiritual Direction</image:title>
<image:caption>To become more aware of the sacred within your ordinary everyday life. You want a space to express your doubts, questions, and fears. You are wondering what you can offer in the service of others. You need help discerning vocational pathways and life decisions. To unravel an inner struggle with which you are grappling. To illuminate God's love and care when circumstances are difficult. Help you draw closer to God by examining your spiritual practices, such as your prayer life. You have a general nudge towards exploring “something more” in your spiritual journey, but you can’t quite name it. You have no agenda. You simply want to be seen and heard.</image:caption>

<image:title>Vocation - “Why Some Of Us Don’t Have One True Calling.” - Emilie Wapnick TED Talk (12 mins)</image:title>
<image:caption>"Raise your hand if you've ever been asked the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" This is how the talk starts. It's not long before Emilie Wapnick introduces us to a new made-up word - "multipotentialite." She uses this to describe people who have "many interests and creative pursuits." She argues that multipotentialites do have a calling - it's that they don't have one calling! It's funny, engaging and maybe it describes you? Watch the talk... Do you think a multipotentialite could still discover a golden thread running through all their pursuits? Yes? No? Maybe? If you identify with this talk, do you find it affirming or not?</image:caption>

<image:title>Vocation - “Embracing Others, Embracing Myself.” Thandie Newton TED Talk (14 mins)</image:title>
<image:caption>"For a start, we can think about all the times when we do lose ourselves. It happens when I dance, when I'm acting. I'm earthed in my essence, and my self is suspended. In those moments, I'm connected to everything. The ground, the air, the sounds, the energy from the audience. All my senses are alert and alive in much the same way as an infant might feel -- that feeling of oneness." Watch the talk... Do you have a sense of your essence? When do you most feel/come alive?</image:caption>

<image:caption>“Eat, Pray, Love” author Elizabeth Gilbert does something she thought she never would... she speaks out AGAINST passion! In this vulnerable, honest talk, Elizabeth explains why sometimes, not having a passion can lead to an even more fulfilling life. Watch the talk... What surprised you about Gilbert’s talk? <image:title>Exploring Personality - Individuals I am a certified instructor in the Enneagram Spectrum Method. This training is accredited by the International Enneagram Association. I am trained to interpret the Wagner Enneagram Personality Style Scales (WEPSS), which measures both the positive and negative dimensions of the nine Enneagram styles. It costs $20.00 CAD (15 USD), and is one way you can identify which of the nine styles seem to describe you. Go direct to the WEPSS site to Purchase the test and select the option that says, “Buyer and Test Taker.” Once you have received your results, book an Enneagram consultation with me by navigating to the contact button below. I will get back to you to arrange a time to meet. Appointments are online with the possibility of moving to in person in any subsequent sessions. SCROLL DOWN FOR SESSION FEE INFORMATION.</image:title>
<image:caption>As a spiritual director, I bring a listening posture to my Enneagram specific sessions. My work is to accompany you as you unpack the wisdom of this powerful personality tool. Groups I have presented the Enneagram at teacher conventions and in church circles as a primer, serving as an introduction to those unfamiliar with the Enneagram system, or who want a refresher of the basics. If you are interested in a presentation and/or workshop for your group, reach out to me through my contact page and I will get back to you.</image:caption>
